Cancellation Policy

Prime Wave Electricals understands that customers may sometimes need to cancel an order.

1. Cancellation Request

Customers may request cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible after placing an order.

Cancellation requests should include:

  • Order number
  • Customer/business name
  • Registered mobile number
  • Reason for cancellation

2. Before Dispatch

If the cancellation request is received before the order is dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order.

If payment has already been made and cancellation is approved, the eligible refund will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

3. After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

In such cases, the customer may need to follow the applicable return/rejection process after delivery.

4. B2B and Bulk Orders

B2B, bulk, customized, specially sourced or specially procured products may have different cancellation conditions.

Cancellation may not be possible once procurement, manufacturing, packing or dispatch has started.

Any special cancellation terms agreed in the quotation or order confirmation will apply to that order, subject to applicable law.

5. Refund After Cancellation

Where a cancellation is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will generally be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method.

The time required for the refund to reflect may depend on the payment provider or bank.

6. Cancellation by Prime Wave Electricals

We may cancel an order due to circumstances including:

  • Product unavailable
  • Incorrect product information
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Payment issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Delivery restrictions
  • Unforeseen operational circumstances

If payment has already been received for an order cancelled by us, an eligible refund will be processed.
